For Users and Members of the 88.5 Sweet FM Mobile Application 88.5 Sweet FM Mobile Application Effective Date: July 22, 2026 Welcome to the 88.5 Sweet FM mobile application ("Application"), operated by J.S.91 Company Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Application. By accessing, registering for, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue your use of the Application immediately. 1. Definitions For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions: Application means the 88.5 Sweet FM mobile application. Company means J.S.91 Company Limited. User means any individual who accesses or uses the Application, whether as a registered member or a guest user. User Account means an account created by a User to access certain features of the Application. 2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Application, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the Application immediately. 3. User Eligibility By using the Application, you represent and warrant that: - The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. - You are legally entitled to use the information submitted. - You will not impersonate another person or entity. - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. 4. User Registration Users may register for an account through one of the methods supported by the Application, including: - Google Sign-In - Apple Sign-In - Email Registration Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. The Company reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any account if false or misleading information is provided. 5. Use of the Application The Application provides services including, but not limited to: - Listening to live radio streaming - Viewing news and announcements - Watching YouTube video content - Viewing program schedules - Sending messages to DJs - Receiving push notifications - Managing user account information Certain features may require users to sign in before access is granted. 6. Prohibited Conduct Users agree not to: - Use the Application for any unlawful purpose. - Submit abusive, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate messages. - Impersonate another individual or organization. - Attempt unauthorized access to the Application or its systems. - Disrupt or interfere with the security or operation of the Application. - Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Application. - Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. 7. Intellectual Property All content available within the Application, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface designs, software, radio programs, text, images, audio, and videos, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission from the Company. 8. User-Generated Content Users may submit messages or other content through features provided by the Application. By submitting such content, Users represent that: - They own or have the necessary rights to submit the content. - The content does not violate any applicable law. - The content does not infringe the rights of any third party. The Company reserves the right to review, moderate, remove, or refuse any user-submitted content that is deemed inappropriate or in violation of these Terms. 9. Third-Party Services The Application may integrate with third-party services, including: - Google Sign-In - Apple Sign-In - Google Firebase - YouTube These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content provided by third-party services. 10. Account Suspension and Termination The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate a User Account at its sole discretion if the User: - Violates these Terms & Conditions. - Provides false or misleading information. - Engages in unlawful activities. - Causes harm to the Application, other users, or the Company. Termination of an account shall not affect any legal rights or remedies available to the Company. 11. Account Deletion Users may delete their accounts through the Settings menu within the Application. Upon receiving an account deletion request, the Company will remove or anonymize personal information within the retention period specified in the Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by law. 12. Service Availability The Company may temporarily or permanently suspend all or part of the Application for reasons including: - System maintenance - Software updates - Security improvements - Technical failures - Events beyond the Company's reasonable control Where practicable, reasonable notice will be provided to users before scheduled service interruptions. 13. Limitation of Liability The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and reliability of the Application. However, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from: - Temporary service interruptions - Internet connectivity issues - Device or operating system failures - Third-party service interruptions - Force majeure events beyond the Company's control
